Founding Team

  Ray Iglesias, Chief Executive Officer   Ray is the Founder and Chief Execitive office for Aigent. He has deep leadership experience, having previously held key roles in several successful startup organizations. Ray most recently served as the chief financial officer for TxVia, Inc. At TxVia, Ray raised more than $55M in funding from top-tier investors including Oak Investment Partners and Bain Capital before helping to close the sale of TxVia to Google in 2012. He previously co-founded Prepaid Media (2005) and Clarity Payment Solutions (2000), which was sold to S&P 500-listed corporation Total Systems, Inc. in 2004. A graduate of Columbia University’s School of Law, Ray previously worked as an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf.

  Corey Besaw, Chief Product Officer   Corey is the Founder and Chief Product Officer for Aigent, bringing more than 15 years of experience in customer service and innovation. Corey co-founded Ubiquity Global Services, an innovative global business process outsourcing organization. He previously led managed services product development for TxVia (acquired by Google), where he developed groundbreaking customer relationship management (CRM) and business analytics solutions. Prior to that, he held positions with Total Systems Services (TSYS) and APAC Customer Services.

Corey Besaw, Chief Product Officer

Corey is the Founder and Chief Product Officer for Aigent, bringing more than 15 years of experience in customer service and innovation. Corey co-founded Ubiquity Global Services, an innovative global business process outsourcing organization. He previously led managed services product development for TxVia (acquired by Google), where he developed groundbreaking customer relationship management (CRM) and business analytics solutions. Prior to that, he held positions with Total Systems Services (TSYS) and APAC Customer Services.

  Sebastian Lagemann, Chief Technology Officer   Sebastians background is software development. He has over 15 years of experience as key-employee at early stage start-ups and later as serial entrepreneur of his own start-ups. He was responsible of building the international payment solution for Gameforge, founded HoneyTracks, an in-depth analytics solution dedicated to the games industry and became CTO of iQU when merged with HoneyTracks. Later on he joined Reality Games as CTO and Co-Founder and was responsible for building up the technical teams as well as leading the very ambitious goals.  

Sebastian Lagemann, Chief Technology Officer

Sebastians background is software development. He has over 15 years of experience as key-employee at early stage start-ups and later as serial entrepreneur of his own start-ups. He was responsible of building the international payment solution for Gameforge, founded HoneyTracks, an in-depth analytics solution dedicated to the games industry and became CTO of iQU when merged with HoneyTracks. Later on he joined Reality Games as CTO and Co-Founder and was responsible for building up the technical teams as well as leading the very ambitious goals.
